9 Aug - Finally, It's THE DAY.

Finally, it's THE DAY!

Dear all, especially to Chicken Face (from the Tag),

Here are some of the important info you must know:

1. NDP is on 9 August = SUNDAY. Not a Saturday. As such, please stay home and rest on Saturday. But COME TO SCHOOL ON SUNDAY.

2. Meeting time & venue: 10am outside gen office.

3. Attire : PE shirt / sch U + white shoes

4. Once teacher has taken your attendance, go change into your costumes. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR PROPS (SCARF) + COSTUMES.

5. You can bring mobilephone to NDP. But no PSP/ music devices/ plastic sword ( who brought that last week!?!?!!!!!)/gaming devices. Those are considered illegal items.

6. Once you reach the F1 pit, there will be SECURITY CHECK. Any illegal items will be thrown away on the spot.

7. After security check, you will proceed to the Platform for rehearsal.

8. REMINDER TO ALL OF YOU:
- REMEMBER YOUR OWN POSITION!
- some of you changed places on your own during the last show(s). It's not allowed. Do you know that because you changed your position last week(s), the formations were affected badly and looked MESSY from the audience's view! You may not be aware of it; but the audiences know!!!!

9. After rehearsal , it should be lunch time.

To all students, you've already come so far. I believe you've put in your very best effort on the past shows. 9 August is the last show by you. Do you best. Be your best. Behave your best. And you will have no regrets. In future, when you look back, it will be a wonderful and memorable experience to you. I want that experience to be carried with you till forever.

You have done great so far. You've improved alot. Keep it up.

I believe most of you're at your best behaviours.

But some of you were not.

You already had scoldings from the very 1st practice by me/ Mr.Andrew in school / Amoy Quee Camp/ Platform. I believe you don't want anymore scoldings on the ACTUAL DAY right?

To those naughty ones, Please be considerate and think before you act. You may think that no teachers see what you're doing and you can do all you want at the backstage / F1 pit. To be honest with you, I DON'T FIND IT FUNNY. AUDIENCES DON'T FIND IT FUNNY. NO ONE FINDS IT FUNNY. It's annoying! When you get scolded, it means all of us get scolded at the same time because of your actions!

Don't let other participants to be scolded together with you - because of what you did. It's very selfish.

Lastly, if you see anyone who misbehaves/ don't listen to instructions, pls give him / her a stern look and not to laugh with him/ her. He/ she needs to know that he/she is in the wrong.

NDP Preview - 1 August (Sat)

Dear all,

01 August ( Sat)
Meeting time : 1pm
Attire: PE attire / School U + white shoes (Remember to bring your costumes!)
Meet outside General office.

Security Check
There will be security check at the F1 Pit Building on both the Preview and NDP Day. As such, there could be a slight delay in getting into the holding area.

Please do not bring any valuables with you on these days apart for your mobile phones.

Admin matters
1. Once you've measured temperature at the Guard Post, pls tell teachers your temperature.
(all these procedures should be very similar to you by now)

2. Change into costumes once you've given the temperature to teacher.

3. Listen to teachers for their instructions.

Feedback
- Chap 1
1. Organiser feels that students did an excellent job!
2. Students looked very nice from the gallery.
3. Only one thing to improvement the performance: Please ask them to sing the remix "Stand Up for Singapore" when the choir is introduced.
4. Last week, there were a number of students who were not singing when the camera panned through them. However, if they are still not familiar with the song, please at least open the mouth and mouth something.

- Chap 4
1. Once again, you did an excellent job!
2. There is one comment: When you have to swing the hats in a figure of 8 pattern, please listen to the music and follow the rhythm. It does look a little bit messy each time the figure of 8 pattern appears.

- Chap 5
1. Excellent job once again.
2. Please listen to the music and follow the rhythm. There were a few parts that were a little messy because some are not following the rhythm.
